Employee Engagement is very important dimension of managing talent in NEOLITE. A newly joined employee is inducted such that (s)he is professionally, socially and culturally integrated. The employee is made aware of the company’s policies, organisational hierarchy, organisational goals, vision and mission and existing customers. An induction plan depending on the level of new joinee is prepared and the employee is made to interact with all relevant departments.
