Fully equipped Plastic Injection Molding Shop (Thermo & Thermos et plastic). The moulding shop is equipped with 20 Nos moulding machines, ranging from 80 Ton to 1300 Ton. It also includes one all electric and one Engel make multi color Injection machine.
UV Cured, Robotic Spray Basecoat plant in Clean Room environment (10,000 Class) for BMC Reflectors without manual intervention. Line is placed between Plastic Molding and Vacuum coating plant for single line material flow.
Evaporation type Vacuum Metallization plant along with plasma cleaning and HMDSO Polymerization. Vacuum Metalizing machine has inbuilt top coating which reduced additional process and material movement. Location of plant is between base coat plant and assembly line to reduce material movement.
Photometry and Environmental testing lab is available which complies and conduct the testing with respective national & international standards.
UV cured, Robotic spray Hard coating Plant in Clean Room environment (10,000 Class) for PC Lenses. The Hard coat line is integrated with annealing oven and injection molding for online feeding of lens.
We have created a real time learning centre on shop floor where all the production associates will be trained for their role.
Single point entry into Manufacturing Area by walk through air shower to prevent dust in the manufacturing environment. Continuous heavy air flow removes the dust on the clothes and also acts a barrier between pressurized and non-pressurized zone.
