Manager – HR

Role Overview

Responsible for managing core HR functions for white collar employees, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, retention, and policy implementation, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute end-to-end recruitment as per approved manpower plans.

* Manage training calendars, competency records, and training evaluations.

* Coordinate induction, probation confirmation, KRAs, and performance appraisals.

* Plan employee engagement initiatives, company events, and team-building activities.

* Manage salary structuring, promotions, transfers, and HR documentation.

* Maintain organization structure, HR policies, and appraisal MIS.

* Handle exit processes, no-dues formalities, and exit interviews.

* Support business planning and employee satisfaction initiatives.

Qualification: MBA HR  • Experience: 15–20 years
