Today, NEOLITEZKW is a globally recognized manufacturer, exporting to 50+ countries and partnering as an OEM supplier to more than 40 leading vehicle manufacturers. We are the largest supplier in the commercial vehicle lighting segment, supported by three advanced manufacturing plants and over 1,500 skilled professionals. Our commitment to world-class standards is reflected in our IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, demonstrating our strong focus on quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational safety.
Strengthening its technological leadership, Neolite operates as a joint venture with ZKW Group of Austria (LG Enterprises), a global leader in premium automotive lighting systems. This long-standing association, established in 2007, combines Neolite’s manufacturing excellence with ZKW’s advanced lighting technologies to deliver world-class, future-ready solutions.
In line with our vision for continuous modernization, NEOLITEZKW has recently commissioned a Hi-tech, automated manufacturing plant in Pune, further enhancing our production capacity and technological leadership. Further advancing our expansion plans, we are also setting up a new plant in Chennai in 2026, which is scheduled to be fully operational by early 2028.
Complementing Neolite’s automotive expertise, NEOKRAFT is one of India’s largest manufacturers of home lighting and home décor products. Operating out of a Special Economic Zone, NEOKRAFT exports its products across the globe and is equipped with full in-house capabilities for design, development, testing, and manufacturing to meet customized customer requirements. NEOKRAFT employs over 1,000 people, bringing the Neolite Group’s total workforce to more than 2,500 employees.

About Us
We are an established manufacturer and global supplier of automotive lighting products and components for OEMs, across a broad spectrum of vehicle categories. In addition to the OEM category, we also cater to the aftermarket segment for automotive lighting products and components, through which our products are distributed for replacement sale (“Automotive Lighting Aftermarket”).
Incorporated in 1992, our company has steadily expanded its operations and, as of June 30, 2025, supplies products and services to over 40 OEMs. Backed by the extensive experience of our Promoters spanning over 30 years, we have built a strong foundation in the automotive lighting industry through established customer relationships and industry insight.
Our Company has a alliance with ZKW group GMBH (which became a subsidiary of LG Electronics in 2018). As per CRISIL Report, founded in 1938 and headquartered in Austria, ZKW Group GmbH, is one of the leading players in global automotive lighting industry, known for its expertise in premium lighting solutions and for supplying high-tech LED and laser headlamps to marquee global OEMs such as BMW and Audi.”
As per CRISIL Report, we are a leading player in the domestic commercial vehicle lighting segment, with a market share of 34.43% in Fiscal 2025, catering to the leading OEMs in this segment. Also, we are amongst the few leading exporters of automotive lighting products and components from India, exporting to over 50 countries across CIS regions, North America and Western Europe. As of June 30, 2025, we supply our products to 38 OEMs in India, and 6 OEMs globally through exports.”
We operate through 3 partially vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, namely: (i) Automotive lighting OEM and aftermarket plant at Bahadurgarh, Haryana (“Unit 1”) which is dedicated for the manufacturing of automotive lighting products and components; (ii) Sheet metal plant at Bahadurgarh, Haryana (“Unit 2”) which supports our lighting operations through sheet metal fabrication and precision stamping components and (iii) Automotive lighting OEM plant at Pune, Maharashtra which recently commenced operations. (“Unit 3”) (“Manufacturing Facilities”).
In line with our vision for continuous modernization, NEOLITEZKW established an automotive lighting OEM plant at Pune, Maharashtra which recently commenced operations. In addition to our Manufacturing Facilities, we have established two design centres, one integrated within our Unit 1 Manufacturing Facility, and an independent design centre located in Pune, Maharashtra (“Design Centres”), which serves as a hub for research, product development, and innovation in automotive lighting solutions.
According to CRISIL Report, the domestic automotive lighting industry is anticipated to experience a remarkable growth trajectory, with a projected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 17-19% in value terms between Fiscal 2025 and Fiscal 2030. The industry's growth will be underpinned by the increasing demand for energy- to capitalize on these opportunities and in line with our strategy to expand our manufacturing footprint and capitalize on strong industry tailwinds in the automotive lighting sector, we propose to establish a greenfield manufacturing facility in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu.

We have setup a new exclusive plant for the OEM Segment, which is one of its kind in India. It is centrally Airconditioned, Humidity controlled with single point entry system for dust control. The Plant is totally equipped with all facilities & vital inputs were provided by ZKW based on their experience at their “State of the Art” plant in Europe.
We have the Largest product range in South East Asia & presently exporting to more than 30 Countries across the Globe & also have a very strong OEM base with over 40 dedicated Customers.
