Rajesh Jain is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company and has been associated with the organization since its inception. With over 33 years of experience in the automotive lighting manufacturing sector, he has been instrumental in building the Company into a trusted supplier across a wide range of vehicle categories, including passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, off-road vehicles, three-wheelers, and two-wheelers.
He oversees the Company’s overall management, strategic direction, and long-term vision. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved consistent growth and expanded its presence across domestic and international markets. His deep industry expertise and steady leadership continue to guide the Company’s evolution and future success.
Won Yong Hwang
Non-Executive Nominee Director
Won Yong Hwang, Chief Executive Office of ZKW Group GmbH is a Non-Executive Nominee Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, USA. He has been associated with our Company since September 19, 2025 and has been associated with LG Group for almost 29 years.
Vaishali Jain
Non-Executive Director
Vaishali Jain serves as a Non-Executive Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and has been associated with the Company since 1993. With over three decades of experience, she brings extensive expertise in business processes, strategic development, and organizational management.

Rakesh Sarin
Rakesh Sarin is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (chemical engineering) from Banaras Hindu University. He has been associated with our Company since December 9, 2025. In addition, he is currently the Independent Director of AGI Greenpac Limited, Chairman of Wellness Mandala Private Limited, Director on Board of Carbon U Turn Technology Private Limited and Jopinc Private Limited. Further, he is also an advisory board member of AMET Chamber for Entrepreneurship Innovation and Incubation and a member of the board of governors of IIT Ranchi.
Preeti Bahl
Preeti Bahlis an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science with honours from University of Delhi. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a fellow member of ICAI. She has been associated with our Company since December 9, 2025. She is currently associated with Albion Consulting Private Limited, where she serves as both the chief executive officer and a director. Further, she is also currently a director in Stanway Information Management Private Limited. She has over 23 years of experience.
Jayanta Kumar Pradhan
Jayanta Kumar Pradhanis an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with honours from Sambalpur University, Odisha and post graduate diploma in business management from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad. He has been associated with our Company since December 9, 2025. He is currently associated with IGT Solutions Private Limited, as senior vice president – finance. In the past he has been associated with Tycheejuno Speciality Tyres Private Limited, Xchanging Technology Services Private Limited and Crompton Greaves Limited. He has over 21 years of experience.
