Role Overview
Responsible for managing core HR and administrative functions for white collar employees, including recruitment, induction, training coordination, employee documentation, engagement, and exit processes, while ensuring smooth coordination with HODs and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute recruitment of white collar employees as per manpower projections shared by HODs.
* Coordinate probation confirmation process in consultation with HODs and update employee records with P&A.
* Conduct induction programs for all white collar employees.
* Manage and coordinate empaneled manpower service providers for white collar hiring.
* Issue internal job transfer letters, LOIs for new joiners, and confirmations for appraisals and promotions; ensure timely updates to P&A.
* Initiate no-dues procedures and conduct exit interviews for separating employees.
* Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys (ESS) as required.
* Collect Training Need Identification (TNI), prepare training calendars, and coordinate training feedback and effectiveness evaluations.
* Support white collar hiring and related administrative activities.
