The NeoliteZKW Pune plant is strategically located in close proximity to key customers, enabling faster response times, reduced logistics costs, and enhanced service efficiency.
Designed with sustainability at its core, the facility integrates step-by-step initiatives aimed at minimizing environmental impact and promoting responsible operations.
The manufacturing area features a single-point entry system with air showers, ensuring a clean and controlled production environment. The plant operates in a fully air-conditioned, industry-4.0 compliant setting, with densified flooring that ensures both workplace safety and consistent product quality.
Our injection moulding section is equipped with advanced electric moulding machines and high levels of automation, including robotic pick-and-place systems, conveyor integration, centralized barcode-based raw material feeding, and SMED-enabled quick changeovers.
The surface treatment area is centrally environment-controlled and houses fully automated robotic lines for hard coating, base coating, and anti-fog applications within a 10,000-class clean room, along with spray booths in a 1,000-class clean room environment. The facility is further equipped with advanced vacuum metallization, plasma cleaning, and HMDSO polymerization systems.
Our assembly lines are robot-enabled, ensuring single-piece flow within enclosed ESD-controlled environments with regulated access. Finished goods are managed through a high-rack storage system integrated with barcode scanning and a warehouse management system for optimized space utilization.
Material storage is supported by a fully automated vertical lift module, integrated with SAP and warehouse systems to ensure FIFO compliance, high inventory accuracy, and efficient space utilization. Internal logistics are powered by autonomous mobile robots, ensuring safe, efficient, and error-free material movement across the facility.

We are an established manufacturer and global supplier of automotive lighting products and components for OEMs, across a broad spectrum of vehicle categories.
In addition to the OEM category, we also cater to the aftermarket segment for automotive lighting products and components, through which our products are distributed for replacement sale (“Automotive Lighting Aftermarket”).
Incorporated in 1992, our company has steadily expanded its operations and, as of June 30, 2025, supplies products and services to over 40 OEMs. Backed by the extensive experience of our Promoters spanning over 30 years, we have built a strong foundation in the automotive lighting industry through established customer relationships and industry insight.

We operate through 3 partially vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, namely: (i) Automotive lighting OEM and aftermarket plant at Bahadurgarh, Haryana (“Unit 1”) which is dedicated for the manufacturing of automotive lighting products and components; (ii) Sheet metal plant at Bahadurgarh, Haryana (“Unit 2”) which supports our lighting operations through sheet metal fabrication and precision stamping components and (iii) Automotive lighting OEM plant at Pune, Maharashtra which recently commenced operations (“Unit 3”) (“Manufacturing Facilities”).

As of June 30, 2025, we supply our products to 38 OEMs in India, and 6 OEMs globally through exports.”

According to CRISIL Report, the domestic automotive lighting industry is anticipated to experience a remarkable growth trajectory, with a projected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 17-19% in value terms between Fiscal 2025 and Fiscal 2030. The industry's growth will be underpinned by the increasing demand for energy- to capitalize on these opportunities and in line with our strategy to expand our manufacturing footprint and capitalize on strong industry tailwinds in the automotive lighting sector, we propose to establish a greenfield manufacturing facility in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu.
